Write it Out!
Grab a marker and find a mirror or window. Pick 5 of your favorite verses and write them on the mirror! Repeat these verses everytime you wake up and see how much you can remember or how it affects your mood. Another option is to pick 5 daily devotions and write them out. The same rules apply.

If you don't have access to a mirror or window:
Use notecards and stick them on the wall or write them down in a notebook. The alternatives are endless!

When you're finished:
Post what your favorite 5 verses or devotions were and use the hashtag 'Write it Out".

Name Train (Bible Knowledge)
Look up all the genealogies from the bible and map the family tree. See how long you can keep up before losing track (or running out of paper)! Start from Genesis all the way to Matthew and see how close you can get to Revelation. You can skip verses or look up where the first branch extends (hint: Adam’s first! Ha ha!).

When you're finished, post your results on instagram with the hashtag "Name Train" to compare yours to others!

Fasting
Fasting is one of the best ways to draw a closer connection to God. It supresses our flesh and improves our spiritual awareness. Praying is important, but to take some time out of your day to refrain from eating in honor of the Lord is amazing and you will feell a difference.

Challenge: Take one day out of your week to fast from 6 a.m. to 6 p.m. OR take it slow, and fast for two hours each day on top of prayer.

Tips: Try staying away form the kitchen or cafeteria. You can read your bible a bit more or listen to some music, preferably christian, but you choose. Finish some homework!

After you've conquered your fast, post your progress on Instagram with the hashtag #Journeyoffasting.

Best Wishes!

One After One
The purpose of this challenge is for meditation of the word. Take at least ten minutes out of each day to read. Try reading one chapter of the bible in the morning and one at night. This can be randomized or done in order. It can be any scripture.

If you are unable to do two chapters a day, try one chapter instead. Read half in the morning or half at night. You can even read ten verses and call it a day, as long as you are reading and receiving. I love challenges so just know I will be participating. If you find any cool scriptures, write them down and share them on social media! All you have to do is put '#oneafterone'!

Best wishes!

Social Media Cleanse
Take at least one hour out of your day to stay off of any social media networks. This includes apps like Facebook, Instagram, Snapchat, etc. If you attend school and want to make it harder, try starting this challenge at the end of all of your classes. However, if you're an athlete, try starting after practice. This challenge is for anyone who is overwhelmingly on social media all the time and wants to stop or if you just want to do this for fun.

Here's the thing. We can't make it THAT easy!

Rules:
- You cannot click on the app just to scroll through your newsfeed.
-Cannot check your notifications to see who liked, commented, or shared your post.

Helpful Tips:
- Turn off your notifications
- Go outside and try to get that daily exercise in (if you're not an athlete)
- Do your homework (reduce procrastination)
- Start a new project (maybe start your own business)
- Organize your Schedule
- Create a bucket list of all the places you want to travel
- Put on some music and dance!
- Read the bible (Of course you knew I was going to put that in here!)
- Plan your future!
